2019 Coli Chianti Classico Riserva Tuscany Italy – Most of Coli’s 300 hectares are selected Chianti, Chianti Classico and Morellino di Scansano vineyards which are processed in a traditional way, without the use of additives, keeping the surface of the plants intact as much as possible so that they can fructify spontaneously without straining.
A blend of predominatly Sangiovese with a little bit of Canaiolo Nero, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Lively ruby red with garnet reflections. Intense, complex and fine, with aromas of violet, ripe red fruits and spices. Soft, medium-bodied and harmonious, with a good structure of tannins and persistent finish.
It matches well with roast meats, sauces and main courses based on game.
