Amongst this idyllic landscape is Vigna Sancol, founded by Luigi Flisi and Cesare De Stefani in 2005. Hand pruned and hand harvested, their wines are recognised for their delicate and refined flavours and fragrances that transmit a maximum expression of the territory from which they come.
It has a straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage, and creamy foam. The aroma is fruity, with marked hints of apple and pear with light notes of wild flowers. The taste is fruity, acidulous, savoury and with a strong personality.
